BROKEN BOOSTING

Terms & Conditions

Effective September 14, 2026 · Version 2026-09-14.1

Please read these terms before submitting an order. Your cart creates a request; the team confirms the scope and final price before payment.

1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Broken Boosting website and requests for the World of Warcraft services offered here. “We”, “us”, and “our” refer to the service provider trading as Broken Boosting. “You” means the person using the website or placing an order.

Your confirmed order describes the exact service, price, play method, and agreed schedule. Read it together with these terms before paying. A confirmed order may clarify the service scope, but cannot remove protections given to you by applicable law.

2. Eligibility and your information

You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement, and be authorized to use the payment method and character associated with your request.

Provide accurate contact details, character and realm information, region, current progress, and service selections. Tell us about relevant lockouts, gear requirements, or changes before a run. You are responsible for maintaining any required game subscription, expansion access, and connection.

3. Requests, quotes, and payment

Submitting the cart creates an order request. It does not reserve a run, guarantee availability, charge you, or create a paid booking. Advertised starting prices and cart estimates are not final quotes for every configuration.

We review your selections and confirm the exact scope, final total, currency, and schedule before payment. Any applicable taxes or fees must be disclosed in that total before you agree to pay. We will seek your agreement before changing a confirmed price or substituting a service. You may decline a revised quote.

When payments are available, payment is completed through the payment provider presented at checkout. A paid booking is confirmed only after successful payment confirmation. We do not charge recurring subscriptions or additional services without your separate agreement. If payment is disabled, your request may be saved but no payment is taken.

4. Scheduling and service delivery

Preferred dates, express requests, and displayed duration estimates are subject to team availability and confirmation. Game maintenance, patches, connection problems, or group availability can affect timing. We will arrange material schedule changes with you rather than treating an estimate as a guaranteed start time.

Be ready at the agreed time and follow the participation requirements in your confirmed order. If you cannot attend, contact the team as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling. Missing an appointment does not automatically forfeit the entire payment; any proposed charge must have been clearly agreed in advance and be permitted by law.

If we cannot deliver the agreed service, we will offer an agreed alternative or refund the undelivered portion. You do not have to accept a substitute service.

5. Loot, ratings, achievements, and illustrations

Loot drops, rolls, item availability, and other random game outcomes are not guaranteed unless an achievable, specific commitment is expressly stated in your confirmed order. Gear traders and loot arrangements remain subject to game eligibility, lockouts, and trade restrictions.

A key level, rating target, achievement, or mount shown in the catalog describes the requested objective. Only the confirmed scope defines what is included. Do not assume that every run is timed, that every item will drop, or that a particular ranking is assured.

Service images are themed illustrations. They are not proof of an exact in-game appearance, item drop, reward, or affiliation. Game updates may change content; material changes to your booking require your agreement.

6. Blizzard rules and account risks

Broken Boosting is independent of Blizzard Entertainment and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Blizzard. Your Blizzard account and gameplay remain subject to Blizzard’s agreements and rules.

Blizzard prohibits paid in-game boosting and power-leveling under its rules, and account sharing can also violate its account terms. Using these services can result in account restrictions, suspension, closure, or removal of rewards. Selfplay does not make real-money boosting compliant with Blizzard’s rules. We cannot guarantee account safety or prevent Blizzard enforcement.

These terms do not grant permission to break game rules or override Blizzard’s rights. Review Blizzard’s current End User License Agreement before requesting a service. Acknowledging these risks does not waive your mandatory consumer rights or excuse misrepresentation by us.

7. Responsible use and account information

Do not use the website for fraud, harassment, impersonation, payment abuse, or unlawful activity. Do not request bots, cheats, exploits, or access to an account you are not authorized to use.

Never enter passwords, authenticator codes, recovery codes, payment-card details, or other account secrets into order notes or ordinary messages. A selected play method is an intake request, not a request to disclose credentials or disable account protections.

We may refuse a request or pause a service for a legitimate security, conduct, or delivery concern. If we cancel a paid service, we will explain the reason and address the undelivered portion under the refund terms and applicable law.

8. Cancellations, refunds, and complaints

You may withdraw an unpaid request without charge. If you cancel a paid service before work begins, we will refund the amount paid for that service. After work begins, any deduction must relate to work actually delivered as agreed and be permitted by applicable law; the undelivered portion is refundable.

If a service is not delivered as agreed, contact the team with your order ID and the issue. We will review the record and offer an appropriate correction, agreed rescheduling, or refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. We will confirm the amount and initiate an agreed refund promptly; the payment provider controls when it appears in your account.

Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, and service-quality rights are preserved. Accepting these terms alone does not waive a statutory withdrawal period or authorize immediate performance where separate express consent is legally required. If such consent is needed, it must be obtained separately before work begins.

These terms do not prevent you from using any available payment-provider dispute process or other legal remedy. Payment protection is subject to the provider’s own eligibility rules; we do not promise that every transaction qualifies.

9. Order information

The website stores your order selections, supplied contact and character information, order status, and the version and time of your terms acceptance to administer the request and keep a transaction record. Supply only information needed for your order.

The cart is stored in your browser. Access to an existing guest order depends on the browser cookie used to place it. Keep your order ID and avoid sharing the device or order access with people you do not trust. Ask the team about access, correction, or other applicable rights relating to your order information.

10. Intellectual property

World of Warcraft, Blizzard names, logos, characters, and game content belong to their respective owners. No game-account, game-item, or intellectual-property ownership is transferred by these terms. You receive only the service expressly described in your confirmed order.

Do not copy or misuse website content, interfere with the site, or attempt unauthorized access to customer or administrator information.

11. Responsibility and applicable rights

We are responsible for delivering services with the care and skill required by applicable law and in accordance with the confirmed order. We cannot control game availability, random outcomes, third-party platforms, or Blizzard’s enforcement decisions.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes your mandatory consumer rights. Any dispute remains subject to the law and courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

12. Changes to these terms

The effective date and version identify the terms shown at checkout. We record the version accepted with each new order. Changes apply to future requests; they do not retroactively change an existing confirmed order without your agreement, except where required by law.

13. Contact about an order

Use the contact channel through which the team confirms your quote and include your order ID when asking about scheduling, cancellation, refunds, or a complaint. Before making a payment, make sure your quote identifies the service provider and provides a working customer-support contact.

There is currently no automated email-notification service. Keep your order link in the browser used to submit it and use “Refresh order status” to check for an update.
